يجوز استخدام الموقع استخدامًا شخصيًا غير تجاري لأغراض مشروعة وتعريفية. يمنع محاولة تعطيله أو تجاوز الحماية أو جمع المحتوى آليًا أو إجراء هندسة عكسية أو إدخال بيانات حقيقية في واجهات النموذج أو نسخ الهوية بما يوحي بالانتماء إلى لون بورت أو استخدامه للاحتيال أو التضليل.
6. الملكية الفكرية
الشعار والهوية والمحتوى والتصاميم مملوكة للشركة أو مستخدمة بإذن، ما لم يذكر خلاف ذلك. لا يمنح تصفح الموقع ترخيصًا لإعادة الاستخدام التجاري.
7. الروابط والجهات الأخرى
قد تتضمن الصفحات روابط لمصادر رسمية أو أطراف أخرى. الرابط لا يعني شراكة أو تأييدًا أو مسؤولية عن محتوى الطرف الآخر. لا تستخدم شعارات الجهات الأخرى على أنها شراكات قائمة.

تخضع هذه الشروط للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية. عند اختلاف الترجمة تكون العربية المرجع بعد اعتماد النسخة النهائية. عدم نفاذ بند لا يؤثر في بقية البنود، وعدم ممارسة حق لا يعد تنازلًا عنه. لا تنشئ الصفحة وكالة أو شراكة أو وساطة أو علاقة تمويل، وأي عقد خدمة مستقبلي مستقل عن هذه الشروط.
11. التواصل والتحديث
يحدد تاريخ النفاذ وسجل التغييرات عند اعتماد النسخة الرسمية. لا تنطبق التعديلات بأثر رجعي بما يخالف النظام.

To the extent permitted by law, the website is informational, and LoanPort is not responsible for indirect loss or financial decisions based on synthetic data or non-operational content. Nothing excludes fraud, gross negligence, or a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law, language, and general terms
These terms are subject to Saudi law. Arabic will control after final approval. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues; failure to exercise a right is not a waiver. This page creates no agency, partnership, brokerage, or financing relationship, and any future service contract will be separate.
