لا ترسل تقريرًا ائتمانيًا أو هوية أو بيانات التزامات أو معلومات مالية حساسة بالبريد أو الهاتف. الموقع لا يستقبلها.

2. البيانات التي تعالج حاليًا

  • تفضيل اللغة: يحفظ المفتاح loanport-language على جهازك بعد اختيار اللغة، ويبقى حتى تحذفه من المتصفح.
  • بيانات الشبكة والأمن: قد تعالج الاستضافة وCloudflare عنوان IP، ونوع الجهاز والمتصفح، ووقت الطلب، وعنوان الصفحة، ومعرّفات وبيانات أمن الشبكة اللازمة لتقديم الموقع وحمايته.
  • المراسلات: إذا بادرت بمراسلتنا عبر Microsoft 365، نعالج بيانات الاتصال ومحتوى رسالتك للرد والمتابعة.
لا ينشئ الموقع حسابات، ولا يستقبل طلبات تمويل، ولا يجلب تقارير ائتمانية أو بيانات مصرفية أو وظيفية، ولا يرسل طلبات إلى ممولين. جميع أمثلة الالتزامات والأصول افتراضية.

2A. بيانات قائمة الانتظار

عند انضمامك طوعًا نعالج الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الجوال وصفة «فرد» أو «منشأة/شركة»، ولغة النموذج، ووقت الموافقة وإصدار نصها. لا نطلب رقم هوية أو تقريرًا ائتمانيًا أو بيانات التزام أو معلومات مالية. تعني القائمة اهتمامًا بالتواصل عند الإطلاق فقط، وليست طلب تمويل أو فتح حساب أو موافقة ائتمانية.

3. الأغراض والمسوغ

  • تشغيل الموقع وتأمينه ومنع إساءة الاستخدام، استنادًا إلى المصلحة المشروعة في أمن الشبكة واستمرارية الموقع بعد مراعاة حقوق الزائر.
  • تقديم اللغة التي يختارها الزائر، بناءً على اختياره.
  • الرد على مراسلات يبادر بها الزائر واتخاذ الإجراءات المطلوبة بشأنها.
  • تسجيل اهتمامك وإبلاغك بفتح التسجيل أو تجربة مناسبة لفئتك، بناءً على موافقتك الصريحة القابلة للسحب.
  • الامتثال لالتزام نظامي أو حماية حق عند انطباقه.

الانضمام اختياري، ولا نجعله شرطًا لاستخدام الموقع. ولا نستخدم بيانات القائمة لاتخاذ قرار ائتماني أو نشاركها مع ممولين.

عند تطوير خدمة تشغيلية مستقبلًا، ستخضع البيانات والمستندات الحساسة لقناة آمنة وموافقة تحدد الغرض والنطاق والمستلم والمدة. ولا تكفي موافقة العميل وحدها لجلب تقرير أو بيانات ائتمانية؛ يلزم كذلك أساس نظامي وعقد وصلاحية تقنية مع مزود مرخص. وتعرض حقول كل التزام مصدرها وحداثتها ومستوى تحققها، ويطلب مبلغ سداد رسمي مستقل لكل تمويل أو بطاقة. هذه القدرات غير متاحة في الموقع حاليًا، ولا يجوز إرسال المستندات الحساسة بالبريد أو الهاتف أو المحادثات.

4. الموردون والمستلمون

نستخدم منصة الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات التابعة لها، وCloudflare لتقديم الموقع وحمايته من الروبوتات والتهديدات، وMicrosoft 365 للبريد المؤسسي. وقد يستعين كل مورد بمعالجين فرعيين وفق شروطه. تحفظ بيانات قائمة الانتظار في قاعدة الموقع ويقتصر الوصول عليها داخل لون بورت بحسب الحاجة. لا توجد تكاملات حية مع نفاذ أو أي مزود KYC أو سمة/مُلِمّ أو Lean أو المصرفية المفتوحة أو التأمينات الاجتماعية أو جهات التمويل، ولا نشارك معها بيانات القائمة.

بوابة KYC ونفاذ: قدرات مستقبلية مستهدفة فقط بعد التصريح والتعاقد والتكامل المعتمد. سيمنع التصميم جلب بيانات الالتزامات أو الإحالة قبل تحقق الهوية والجوال والعنوان والموافقات. تبقى السمات الحيوية ورمز المطابقة داخل القناة الرسمية؛ ولا تجمعها لون بورت أو تخزنها. وتبقى العناية الواجبة والتحقق النهائي لدى الممول المرخص.

5. المعالجة خارج المملكة

قد تتيح خدمات الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات وCloudflare وMicrosoft معالجة أو وصولًا من خارج المملكة بحسب بنية كل مورد. نتعامل مع ذلك وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولائحة نقل البيانات، وبما يشمل توثيق الغرض والمسار والضمانات عند انطباقها. لا يعني هذا الإشعار أن بيانات التزامات أو تقارير ائتمانية تنقل عبر الموقع؛ فالموقع لا يجمعها أصلًا.

6. الاحتفاظ والإتلاف

  • بيانات قائمة الانتظار: حتى سحب الموافقة أو اكتمال التواصل بشأن الإطلاق، وبحد أقصى 24 شهرًا من التسجيل ما لم يلزم الاحتفاظ مدة أطول لإثبات الموافقة أو امتثالًا لمتطلب نظامي.
  • تفضيل اللغة: حتى يحذفه المستخدم من المتصفح.
  • ملف Cloudflare الضروري __cf_bm: ينتهي بعد 30 دقيقة من عدم النشاط وفق وثائق المورد، وقد تختلف ملفات الأمن الضرورية بحسب إعدادات الحماية.
  • سجلات الموقع والأمن: وفق المدة الفنية التي يطبقها مزود الاستضافة أو مدة أقصر يعتمدها تشغيل الموقع، ثم تحذف أو تجرد من الهوية بحسب الإمكان.
  • مراسلات التواصل: للمدة اللازمة لمعالجة الطلب وإثبات الإجراء، ثم تحذف أو تؤرشف وفق المتطلبات النظامية والتشغيلية.

7. حقوقك

لك — وفق النظام ولائحته — حقوق العلم والوصول والحصول على نسخة مقروءة، والتصحيح أو الإكمال أو التحديث، وطلب الإتلاف متى توافرت شروطه، والعدول عن الموافقة حيث تكون هي الأساس. أرسل طلبك إلى info@loanport.com.sa. نتحقق من الهوية ونرد خلال 30 يومًا، ويجوز تمديد المدة 30 يومًا إضافية مع إشعار مسبب وفق ما يسمح به النظام.

8. ملفات الارتباط والتخزين المحلي

لا نستخدم حاليًا إعلانات أو تحليلات تسويقية. قد تضع Cloudflare ملفات ضرورية مثل __cf_bm لحماية الموقع وحساب مؤشرات الروبوتات؛ ولا يرتبط هذا الملف بمعرّف عميل في تطبيق لون بورت. كما يحفظ الموقع اختيار اللغة محليًا بعد نقر المستخدم. لن نفعل تقنيات غير ضرورية قبل توفير اختيار مناسب للقبول والرفض والسحب.

9. الأمن والتغييرات

نطبق تقليل البيانات وضوابط الوصول والحماية الفنية المناسبة لطبيعة الموقع وقائمة الانتظار، دون ضمان انعدام المخاطر. لا يخزن النموذج بيانات هوية أو ائتمان أو التزامات. إذا تغيرت الاستضافة أو أضفنا تحليلات أو خدمة حية، سنحدّث الإشعار قبل بدء المعالجة الجديدة.

10. التواصل والشكاوى

ابدأ بالتواصل عبر info@loanport.com.sa. ولك تقديم شكوى إلى سدايا وفق المدد والإجراءات النظامية عبر منصة البلاغات والشكاوى.

11. النفاذ والتحديث

Do not send credit reports, identity documents, obligation data, or sensitive financial information by email or phone. The website does not accept them.

2. Data currently processed

  • Language preference: the loanport-language key is stored on your device after selection until you clear it.
  • Network and security data: hosting and Cloudflare may process IP address, device and browser type, request time and URL, and identifiers or network-security data needed to deliver and protect the site.
  • Correspondence: if you email us, Microsoft 365 processes your contact details and message so we can respond and follow up.
The website does not create accounts, accept finance applications, retrieve credit, banking, or employment data, or refer requests to financiers. All obligation and asset examples are synthetic.

2A. Waitlist data

If you join voluntarily, we process your name, email, mobile number, individual/business category, form language, consent timestamp and consent-text version. We do not request an identity number, credit report, obligation data or financial information. The waitlist records interest in launch communications only; it is not a finance application, account or credit approval.

3. Purposes and lawful basis

  • Operating and securing the site and preventing misuse, based on legitimate interests in network security and service continuity after considering visitor rights.
  • Displaying the language selected by the visitor.
  • Responding to visitor-initiated correspondence.
  • Recording your interest and notifying you when registration or a suitable experience becomes available, based on your explicit, withdrawable consent.
  • Complying with a legal obligation or protecting a right where applicable.

Joining is optional and is not required to use the site. Waitlist data is not used for credit decisions or shared with financiers.

If a live service is developed in the future, sensitive documents would use a separate secure upload channel, consent identifying the purpose and recipient, and a referral and receipt record. That channel is not available on this informational site. Do not send such documents by email, phone, or messaging apps.

4. Suppliers and recipients

We use the hosting platform and its database, Cloudflare to deliver and protect the website, and Microsoft 365 for corporate email. Each may use subprocessors under its terms. Waitlist data is stored in the site's database and access within LoanPort is limited by need. There are no live integrations with Nafath, SIMAH/Molim, Lean, open banking, social insurance or financiers, and waitlist data is not shared with them.

Nafath: verification through Nafath is only a target future capability subject to authorization, contracts, and an approved integration. Biometric attributes or the matching code are processed within the official Nafath channel. LoanPort does not collect or store biometric data and will never ask for a matching code, password, or PIN. Under the approved interface, LoanPort may receive only the verification outcome, transaction reference, timestamp, and case linkage as operational personal data—not biometric data.

5. Processing outside Saudi Arabia

Hosting, database, Cloudflare and Microsoft services may involve processing or access outside Saudi Arabia, depending on their infrastructure. We address this under the PDPL and Transfer Regulation, including documenting the purpose, route and safeguards where applicable. This website does not collect or transfer obligation data or credit reports.

6. Retention and destruction

  • Waitlist data: until consent is withdrawn or launch communications are completed, with a maximum of 24 months from registration unless a longer period is required to evidence consent or meet a legal requirement.
  • Language preference: until cleared by the user.
  • Cloudflare's necessary __cf_bm cookie: expires after 30 minutes of inactivity according to supplier documentation; other necessary security cookies may depend on protection settings.
  • Website and security logs: for the technical period applied by the hosting provider or a shorter approved period, then deleted or de-identified where practicable.
  • Correspondence: as needed to handle and evidence the request, then deleted or archived under applicable operational and legal requirements.

You may withdraw consent at any time through the email below.

7. Your rights

Subject to the PDPL and its Regulations, you have rights to be informed, access, obtain a readable copy, correct, complete or update data, request destruction where conditions apply, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Email info@loanport.com.sa. We verify identity and respond within 30 days; a further 30-day extension may apply with prior reasons as permitted by law.

8. Cookies and local storage

We do not currently use advertising or marketing analytics. Cloudflare may set necessary cookies such as __cf_bm to protect the site and calculate bot signals; it is not linked to a LoanPort application customer ID. The site also stores the language choice locally after a click. Non-essential technologies will not be enabled without an appropriate accept, reject, and withdrawal choice.

9. Security and changes

We apply data minimization, access controls and technical measures appropriate to the site and waitlist, without guaranteeing zero risk. The form does not store identity, credit or obligation data. If hosting changes or we add analytics or a live service, this notice will be updated before new processing begins.
